Although no particular planning permission is required (the structure can be dismantled on three sides), the installation of a Biossun bioclimatic patio cover must however comply with the standards for urban planning in force in your area. In France, these are defined in the Plan Local d’Urbanisme, which may be found in the town hall.
Ensure that the base on which the support poles and the wall beam will be placed is of sufficient quality and strength to support the weight of the patio cover.

If you intend to connect to a rainwater drainage system, please take the existing capacity into account.
Make sure that there is a 230-volt electrical power supply nearby to provide electricity to your patio.
